1. About this policy
Velnixchat is a mobile app run by Lisnertechnologies Pvt Ltd("Velnixchat", "we", "our"). "You" means anyone using the app as a member. "Listener" means a person on the platform who talks with members about everyday experiences and feelings. Please read this policy together with the Terms of Use below.
2. What we collect
- Account details: the minimum needed to sign you up, such as a display name, age, and email or phone number.
- Usage information: device type, app version and feature use, so we can fix bugs and improve the service.
- Conversation content: messages, calls or video sessions that take place inside the app.
- Payment records: amount, date and status of a purchase. Card numbers, PINs, OTPs and UPI PINs are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
Please avoid sharing sensitive details such as medical records, government IDs or financial credentials in chats.
3. How we use it
- To run your account and connect you with Listeners.
- To keep the platform safe, detect abuse and fraud, and handle complaints.
- To review conversations for quality, safety and policy enforcement, including with automated and AI-based moderation tools.
- To send service messages and, where you allow it, offers. You can opt out of promotions at any time.
4. Staying anonymous
Your real identity and contact details are not shown to Listeners by default. If you choose to reveal personal information in a chat, that is your decision, so we recommend keeping details general. Never exchange phone numbers, social handles, addresses or payment details with anyone you meet on the app.
5. When we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information only with:
- Service providers who host our systems, process payments or send messages, under confidentiality obligations.
- Listeners, who see only what is needed to hold the conversation.
- Authorities, when a valid legal order requires it or when we believe someone's safety is at serious risk.
6. Safety exceptions
If we reasonably believe that you or another person may be in danger, we may use the information we hold to respond, including by contacting relevant services.
7. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. We use technical and organisational safeguards, but no system is completely risk-free.
8. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your account data, or withdraw marketing consent, by writing to us at the address below. Some records may be kept where the law requires.
9. Not an emergency service
Velnixchat is a peer-support platform, not a medical, psychiatric or emergency service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the app means you accept the revised policy.

1. Agreement
By downloading or using Velnixchat you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What Velnixchat is
Velnixchat connects members with Listeners for friendly, non-professional conversation. Listeners are independent individuals, not our employees, and they do not give medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Nothing in the app replaces professional care.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. We may restrict access if we find that a member is under 18.
4. Keep conversations on the platform
- Do not ask for or share phone numbers, emails, addresses, social handles, payment details or any other way to contact or locate someone.
- Do not arrange to meet a Listener or deal with them outside the app.
- Safety tools and moderation cover only activity inside Velnixchat. Anything off-platform is at your own risk.
5. Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- Harass, threaten, defame or exploit others, or post obscene or illegal content.
- Impersonate anyone or commit fraud.
- Scrape, copy, reverse-engineer or overload the app, or attempt unauthorised access.
- Record or capture conversations without permission.
- Use the service commercially without our written approval.
6. Monitoring
To keep the community safe, we may review, transcribe or analyse in-app interactions for safety, quality, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and to improve our moderation and AI systems, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Payments and wallet
- Fees are shown before you pay, and you agree to pay them on time.
- Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn to a bank account, except where the law requires otherwise.
- Refunds are not given because of a later price drop or promotion.
8. Emergencies
Velnixchat does not offer emergency or crisis services. If you or someone else may be in danger, contact local emergency services immediately.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the words or actions of members or Listeners, or for decisions you make based on conversations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding period. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived by law.
10. Suspension and changes
We may change, suspend or end features or accounts, particularly for breaches of these Terms. We may update these Terms, and continued use means you accept the new version.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country]. Disputes are first handled through good-faith discussion, then arbitration or the courts of [City, State], as applicable.
